If you didn’t get a direct deposit and filed a 2019 tax return click here.
If you weren’t required to file a 2019 tax return click here.
If you do not have a bank account or do not want to provide direct deposit authorization, you will receive a physical check in the mail, but it will take longer.

Unemployment Assistance

To apply for unemployment in Georgia click here.
If you are an independent contractor, “gig” worker, self employed, or otherwise eligible for federal covid unemployment despite not being a traditional employee, you will first need to apply at the above link and be denied. Eligible applicants should be notified by email when the next step is available on April 22.

Apply for SNAP (food stamps)
The Georgia Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program has waived its in person application requirement. Applicants can either apply for precertification online or apply via phone through a clinic.
